2019 Nissan Versa Gets Package Update but Remains Great Value
The Nissan Versa Sedan has remained one of the most affordable vehicles in the U.S. for some time now, and the 2019 Nissan Versa Sedan will stretch your dollar even further with a few updates that will enhance its value in the range-topping trim.
Midway through the 2018 model year, Nissan added a few new standard features to the Versa Sedan to help keep buyers interested. These new standard bits included a rearview camera, an upgraded four-speaker AM/FM audio system with a USB port, a 7-inch touchscreen, Bluetooth streaming audio, and Siri Eyes Free.
The 2019 Nissan Versa’s updates will be to the SV trim and its popular SV Special Edition package. As before, this package will include 15-inch alloy wheels, fog lights, chrome fascia accents, a leather-wrapped steering wheel, and a Special Edition badge. New for 2019 will be the package’s piano-black console lid, Nissan Intelligent Key with push-button start, Nissan Vehicle Immobilizer System, Easy Fill Tire Alert, and NissanConnect with Apple CarPlay and Android Auto.
The SV Special Edition package will add $800 to the SV trim, which is a $300 increase over the 2018 model’s package pricing.
The rest of the 2019 Versa Sedan lineup will remain unchanged, and the pricing is as follows:
- 2019 Nissan Versa Sedan 1.5 S – $12,360 (+$50)
- 2019 Nissan Versa Sedan 1.6 S Plus – $14,500 (+$50)
- 2019 Nissan Versa Sedan SV – $15,990 (+$50)
